Delivered in partnership with Co-op Culture’s team of experienced advisors, the three sessions cover an overview of Alternative Business Models, a deep dive on Governance and a deep dive on Finance, leaving you with the knowledge and ability to provide more and better options when you're in the process of setting up a new organisation, or advising others through third sector bodies, local councils, or business support services.
